Agricultural:
i2tech has provided the agricultural industry with highly engineered plastic components and sub assemblies since 1971. Our Des Moines, Iowa location puts us close most agricultural OEM’s. Parts molded by i2tech are found on all types of agricultural equipment including Combines, Planters, Tractors, Sprayers, Cotton Pickers, and this market serves as the foundation of our customer base.

Industrial:
Manufacturing technologies such as in-mold labeling, robotics, vibration welding, and gas assist are used in molding plugs, knobs, cams, engine fans, bushings, grilles, and spacers for multiple customers in the industrial markets.

Recreation
Style and performance is the focus when assisting our customers in designing custom molds for recreational products. From personal watercraft to snow mobiles, the plastic parts we provide our customers are recognized within the industry for their innovation and appearance. We work closely with our customers on material choices and new processes that provide the least cost solution to any design.

i2tech reserves machine capacity to serve any customer who may need extra machine time during peak sales periods. We pride ourselves on our quick responsiveness to increased customer demand for machine time. Our customer base in this market is very diverse. Our wide range of press sizes from 40 ton to 3000 ton enables us to solve any part shortage you may have. |
