Capabilities
i2tech's Quality department has the ability to condense the amount of time required to measure and analyze the custom injected plastic parts we produce utilizing our portable FaroArm Fusion CMM and V3 Laser Line Imaging Probe. The combination of the FaroArm and the V3 Laser enable i2tech to provide seamless contact and non-contact measurement data to our customer's complex forms. Using Polyworks analytical software to calculate measurements for GD&T, point cloud to CAD comparisons, i2tech can communicate results in a method our customers can visually see and understand.
Additional analytical capabilities include accurate color analysis of finished parts, moisture analysis of molded and raw resins, raw resin melt flow characteristics, and DOE studies. With a staff of over 95 years combined experience, i2tech has the right combination of tools and knowledge to assist our customers in making plastic solutions that are efficient and profitable.
